الشروط العامة للضمان
1. المدة الزمنية للضمان:
o يغطي الضمان الأجهزة والإكسسوارات المشتراة من ALAYJAH.COM لمدة [مدة الضمان المنصوص عليها في فاتورة الشراء للمنتج: مثلاً، سنة واحدة / سنتين / ثلاث سنوات] من تاريخ الشراء.
2. العيوب التصنيعية:
o يغطى الضمان العيوب الناتجة عن عيوب التصنيع فقط، بشرط أن يكون الاستخدام مطابقًا لتعليمات التشغيل والتحميل المقررة من قبل الشركة المُصنعة.
3. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن الحوادث: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن الحوادث مثل السقوط أو الصدمات.
4. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن الحريق أو الغرق: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن تعرض الجهاز للحريق أو الغرق.
5. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن الكهرباء غير المتوافقة: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن استخدام الجهاز في بيئات كهربائية غير متوافقة (مثل فولتية غير صحيحة).
6. الضمان لا يشمل محاولات الإصلاح غير المعتمدة: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن محاولات إصلاح الجهاز بواسطة طرف غير معتمد.
7. الضمان لا يشمل محاولات تعديل الجهاز أو إعادة برمجته: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن تعديل أو تغيير أي من إعدادات الجهاز أو برمجياته من قبل طرف غير معتمد.
8. الضمان لا يشمل استخدام ملحقات غير أصلية: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن استخدام ملحقات غير أصلية أو غير معتمدة من الشركة.
9. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن المياه: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار التي تحدث بسبب تعرض الجهاز للماء أو الرطوبة.

12. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن النقل الغير سليم: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن شحن أو نقل المنتج بطريقة غير مناسبة.

17. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن فتح الجهاز أو محاولة تفكيكه من قبل العميل: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن فتح الجهاز أو محاولة تفكيكه من قبل العميل أو طرف غير معتمد.
18. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن تعديل الجهاز أو تغيير مكوناته الأساسية: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن تعديل الجهاز أو تغيير مكوناته الأصلية.
19. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن الإهمال الشخصي: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن الإهمال في استخدام الجهاز.
20. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن الحوادث الطبيعية: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن الكوارث الطبيعية مثل الزلازل أو الفيضانات.
الشروط الخاصة بالصيانة والإصلاح
21. الإصلاح يجب أن يتم بواسطة فني معتمد: الضمان يشمل الإصلاحات التي تتم بواسطة فنيين معتمدين فقط.

25. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن الاستخدام غير السليم للجهاز.
26. فترة الضمان لا تبدأ من تاريخ الإصلاح: في حال تم إصلاح الجهاز، فإن فترة الضمان لا تبدأ من جديد، بل تستمر من تاريخ الشراء الأصلي.

31. المنتجات المستعملة أو المجددة لا تشملها سياسة الضمان: لا يغطي الضمان المنتجات المستعملة أو المجددة إلا إذا كانت مغطاة من قبل الشركة المصنعة.
32. المنتجات المستعملة المجددة قد تحتوي على ضمان محدود: قد تحتوي المنتجات المجددة على ضمان محدود يشمل فقط العيوب التصنيعية.

43. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن تقلبات التيار الكهربائي: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن تقلبات في التيار الكهربائي أو انخفاض الفولتية.
44. الضمان لا يشمل الأجهزة المتصلة بمصادر طاقة غير مستقرة: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن توصيل الجهاز بمصدر طاقة غير مستقر.
45. التأكد من تطابق الجهد الكهربائي: يجب التأكد من أن الجهد الكهربائي للجهاز يتوافق مع الجهد في المنطقة.

53. العميل مسؤول عن تكاليف الشحن في حالة المطالبة بالضمان: يتحمل العميل كافة تكاليف الشحن عند تقديم طلب ضمان.
54. الضمان لا يشمل تكاليف الشحن الدولي: إذا كان الجهاز خارج البلد، فإن العميل هو المسؤول عن كافة تكاليف الشحن الدولي.
55. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء التغليف أثناء الشحن: يتحمل العميل المسؤولية عن الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء التغليف أثناء عملية الشحن.
56. يجب على العميل فحص المنتج فور استلامه: يجب على العميل فحص المنتج فور استلامه للإبلاغ عن أي تلفيات أو عيوب.

80. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن تعرض الجهاز للظروف الجوية القاسية: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن تعرض الجهاز للظروف الجوية القاسية مثل الرياح القوية أو الأمطار.
التواصل مع الشركة
81. قنوات التواصل مع خدمة العملاء: يمكن للعميل التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو زيارة أقرب فرع.
82. استجابة الشركة لطلبات الضمان: ستقوم الشركة بالاستجابة لطلبات الضمان في غضون 30 يوم من تقديم الطلب.
83. إجراءات تقديم طلب الضمان: يجب على العميل تقديم فاتورة الشراء أو إثبات شراء المنتج عند تقديم طلب الضمان.
84. الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن تأخر العميل في تقديم طلب الضمان: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن تأخير العميل في تقديم طلب الضمان.

86. الضمان يشمل استبدال أو إصلاح الجهاز بناءً على نوع العيب: الشركة تختار ما بين الاستبدال أو الإصلاح بناءً على نوع العيب المكتشف.
87. العميل يتحمل المسؤولية في تقديم جميع الوثائق المطلوبة للضمان: يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم كافة الوثائق المطلوبة مثل الفاتورة أو دليل الشراء.
88. الضمان لا يشمل أي تكاليف إدارية إضافية: لا يشمل الضمان أي تكاليف إدارية أو رسوم إضافية بخلاف الإصلاح أو الاستبدال.
89. الضمان يشمل جميع القطع الداخلية الأساسية: يشمل الضمان جميع القطع الداخلية الأساسية التي تؤثر على الأداء العام للجهاز.
90. الضمان لا يشمل التجارب أو الاختبارات غير المعتمدة: لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن إجراء اختبارات أو تجارب غير معتمدة على الجهاز.

Compressors Warranty

The warranty does not cover damages caused by unstable electricity: The warranty does not cover damages caused by using the device in an environment containing unstable electricity or fluctuations in current.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper storage: The warranty does not cover damages caused by storing the device in inappropriate environments.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper transportation: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper shipping or transportation of the product.
